The wonderful nature of the Amazon area, the beautiful sun, the relaxed atmosphere, the adventure, the many excursion possibilities, the culinary discoveries and of course the hospitality of the locals will give you an experience you'll never forget.Surinat (Surinam Nature) is a holiday resort in the beautiful nature from Surinam. The owners of the resort are Dutchmen who would like to make Surinam's nature - the Tropical forest, birds and the monkeys from the Amazon - , the rich history, the wonderful climate, and the Surinam way of life accessible to the public. Respect to nature as well as to the people is central to our resort.
In 2007 we opened our "small luxury resort" for guests.
Surinat's accessibility by car is good, and it's a short drive from the Johan Adolf Pengel Airport, Paramaribo is also a short drive away.
You'll find Surinat in the jungle of Surinam, here you can relax or spend an active holiday. Our resort has several comfortable holiday cottages which are all supplied with air conditioning. We have a swimmingpool, fishingpools, jacuzzi, WiFi-internet and a meeting point terrace. Further more Surinat has a large garden in which you can "safely" explore nature.
